Operating Hours:

The Internet is on, worldwide, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year regardless of geography, weather, or holidays. And while we’d all like to believe there’s some state-of-the-art bank of automated ordering computers that trigger gleaming rows of robots to package and load the trucks as soon as we hit the “Enter” key, the reality is that most of the work is done by people. Like you. They go home, have dinner with their families, and sleep. Sometimes they go out with their friends, go to church, or go to the store. Then they come back to work from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and do whatever it takes to take care of you and get your order out in a timely manner.

We will be closed for the following holidays.  Shipping will resume the next business day:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Day (2nd Monday of January)
  • President’s Day (3rd Monday of February)
  • Good Thursday and Friday before Easter
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving (4th Thursday of November)
  • Christmas

 

PROCESSING ORDERS:

Here at the Big Wheel Rally Store we strive to processes your order and have it ready for shipment within 3 days of when the order is placed. That being said, this is real life and on a rare occasion, that may not happen. But we’ll let you know right away.

As always, if you’ve got an urgent need, contact us right away! Thanks for your understanding!

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped FOB from our dock. What’s that mean? We’re not responsible for the shipment once it leaves our facility. Any issues that arise need to be settled between the recipient and the shipping company. Pretty standard stuff. Note that the number of days that an item takes to ship are business days (no weekends) and begins the day after the shipment is picked up.

For example, an order placed on Monday is filled and ready for shipment on Wednesday.It’s going Ground (5 business days).

International Shipments:

Due to various tariffs and import rules depending on the county, we cannot guarantee the delivery schedule of shipments to countries outside of the United States. Basically it gets there when it gets there. Of course we can upgrade shipping from economy to global priority which will get it there faster. Please be aware that the duties, taxes, and any other import or delivery fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Canceling an Order (REFUNDS):

Orders that are placed & paid for, then canceled before shipment may be refunded the whole amount less a 15% order cancellation fee. Refunds requested more than 60 days after the order was placed may be refunded the whole amount less a 18% order cancellation fee.

Once it’s shipped (RETURNS):

Only unopened, unassembled merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Upon receipt, the item purchase price (not including shipping) less a 15% restocking fee will be credited to the customer.

Please submit a request for the items you’d like to return and we’ll generate an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number for you with shipping instructions.  Request an RMA here.

Items returned in any other condition may only receive a partial refund, or none at all.

Warranty

NOTE: Should you have any warranty issues, please contact High Roller USA immediately. Any repairs, modifications, or alterations made without prior authorization shall void the warranty.

LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty covers only the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not include frame, fork, or component failure due to or because of improper use, user error, misuse, neglect, reckless, or negligent riding, improper assembly, improper maintenance, use as a rental, and professional or amateur racing including but not limited to bicycle motocross, stunt cycling, cycle trails, single trail mountain biking, or similar activities when in training for the same. This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage, or failure of the vehicle if used as a rental, and in any competitive amateur or professional event including but not limited to bicycle motocross, stunt cycling, cycle trails, single trail mountain biking, or similar activities when in training for the same. This warranty does not include shipping charges to or from High Roller USA, LLC. This warranty does not cover any personal injuries.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS OR LIMITED WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE HIGH ROLLER USA. THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN MAY NOT BE EXTENDED, ENLARGED OR OTHERWISE MODIFIED BY ANY HIGH ROLLER USA DEALER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE, AND HIGH ROLLER USA DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY OR MAKE ANY WARRANTY EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

PARTS

High Roller USA will repair or replace, at its option, defective parts for this cycle at no charge, for a period of six (6) months after the date of original purchase. Parts subject to normal wear and tear, including tires, tubes, seat, pedals, brakes, wheels, bell, tassels, and grips are not covered by this six month period. Parts subject to normal wear and tear which are found to be defective in materials or workmanship by the purchaser within 30 days of purchase, including tires, tubes, seat, pedals, brakes, wheels, bell, tassels, and grips will be replaced by High Roller USA at no charge. This warranty does not include dealer service charges for parts replacement or shipping charges to or from High Roller USA.

FRAME

All High Roller USA frames and forks are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. A frame or fork found defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at High Roller USA’s option.

REGISTRATION

Please complete the registration form in your Owner’s Manual and return to High Roller USA within 60 days of original purchase.
