30 Day Return Policy
High Roller USA is dedicated to providing the highest quality product available. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. You may return an item within 30 days of purchase. Only unopened, unassembled merchandise will be accepted for return. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Upon receipt, the item purchase price (not including shipping) less a 15% restocking fee will be credited to the customer.

The item must be unopened and unused, in the original boxes in order to ensure the eligibility of the refund. Items assembled or damaged through use will not qualify for return.
If you receive items damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper immediately to begin filing a claim. We will then be able to arrange replacement parts. We typically ship by FedEx.
If you receive defective items, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of delivery. Please provide the order number, your email address and phone number and High Roller USA will make every reasonable effort to assist you. Please be advised that returning defective merchandise prior to contacting Customer Service could delay or jeopardize replacement or refund.
Please complete the REASON FOR RETURN OF MERCHANDISE questionnaire below, and once approved, we will contact you with return shipping instructions.
1) Pack the items securely in the original product packaging. 2) Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. -- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post so that you can track delivery of your product. -- Refunds can be expected in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your returned product. Please note that your bank may institute additional time for credit to appear in your account.Thank you!
